We’ve been asked, how can Quarter Pole Apparel make a difference with giving back to the horse racing industry and Thoroughbred aftercare? We like to answer that question by looking at the clothing brand, Patagonia. Since 1985, Patagonia has pledged 1% of sales to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment and have awarded over $140 million in cash and in-kind donations to a cause that is important to them. Patagonia  has been around much longer and is a much larger company than Quarter Pole Apparel and, quite honestly, these numbers seem practically impossible. However, we're just taking this one step at a time to build towards becoming a recognizable boutique apparel brand that horse racing enthusiasts will enjoy and support. If we’re able to give back $250 this year, $2,500 next year, and $25,000 after a few more years, we will be ecstatic by your support of our vision. In the long run, we have ideas to reach a larger audience that is currently outside the immediate circle of horse racing. But this endeavor will be a huge task embedded with substantial risk and it will not be easy to pull off. It will take time, energy, people, ideas and resources, but our goal is to make horse racing fashionable again. We can't do it by ourselves. We need and appreciate your help!

Following are organizations that we have made donations to with our charitable dollars. Help us make this list longer and the amounts larger by buying clothing and apparel from us.
